Information & Prices

We currently have grass and hardstanding pitches and they are very well sized and can accommodate very large units and your car.

We are a pet friendly site for well behaved pet guests – please see dog/pet rules below*

If you are looking for a ‘Party’ site then we are NOT for you. No Stag/hen parties allowed. No GROUP bookings of more than 2 (unless pre agreed) We are a strictly family and respectful site.

As we are a family site, please note that during school holidays/half term the site will have lots of children playing and having outside fresh air fun 🙂 there will be giggles, playing and belly laughter.

Arrival & Check in: Please call into reception on arrival. Check in is from 12.30pm and check out is before 11.30am. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE SPEED HUMPS UPON THE ENTRANCE TO THE MAIN SITE.

Toilets & Showers:- We only have 3 showers on the site in the utilities block in the main area, comprising a ladies area housing 2 toilets and a shower, we have a mens area housing 2 urinals, 2 toilets and a shower and then we have a family wet room with disabled access, housing a toilet and a shower. Outside hot washing up pot area. In the meadow we have a basic toilet block for overnight convenience, housing 2 x ladies toilets and 2 x mens toilets, 2 urinals and a COLD pot wash area. We are reviewing additional showers but in the meantime ask guests to be as avoid taking super long showers and avoid busy times, and of course if you have your own shower – we ask kindly that you try to use that if you can 🙂

Elsan and Grey waste – We have an elsan and grey waste area behind a fenced and private area.

Coffee pod – On site there is a cute ‘COFFEE POD’ – THE MOST DELICIOUS AND WARMING Rijo fresh bean to cup coffee and hot chocolate – its self service so always open ! The pod has seating area inside for the chilly days and outside picnic area for the lovely days. ( children must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside the coffee pod)

Children’s Play area :-We have a children’s play park located in our meadow (under 12).  It’s licenced opening times are from 10am to 8.00pm OR until its gets dark (which ever is sooner) . There is also football nets located in the meadow. The play equipment/area is unsupervised and has been provided for the enjoyment and adventure of children under 12yrs. It requires adult supervision at ALL times. Any guests that disrespect the equipment will be asked to leave and pay for damages. The site owners cannot be held responsible for ANY INJURY / INCIDENT incurred howsoever caused.

Music /chatter & Noise – We politely ask guests to keep all music to a low respectful level on their pitch with no loud or offensive music at any time and no shouting, we ask kindly all music must be switched off by 10.30pm. Please respect your fellow camper and keep all chatter at a respectful level. Anyone not adhering to this will be asked to leave immediately

We offer the following pitches booking direct for touring caravans/ Motorhomes & / Trailer tents / Roof top Tent / Tents :-

Each pitch can accommodate a family of 5: 2 adults and 3 children ( any other variation please phone for availability)

  • 1 x unit ( as above) inc your car plus awning.
  • Hook up pitch 10 amp £32.00 per night
  • No double pitching allowed – only 1 unit per pitch

Awning must have breathable groundsheets for more than 2 night booking

Day Guests are not permitted without prior consent

Meadow Camping ( tents only)

We also offer a MEADOW pitches

  • Up to 6 berth tent (family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children) £22.00 per night (For large tents/bookings please enquire)
  • The children’s play park is located in the meadow
  • 10amp EHU available at £32.00 per night ( same as main site T&C’s)

Fires/ Pit Fire / BBQ’s:-

  • Under no circumstances are open grass fires allowed.  
  • Fire Pits/ Chimnea/ BBQ – These are allowed, you must be over 18. THEY MUST BE ON A FIRE PROOF STANDING and monitored by an adult at all times. A water bucket must be nearby at all times and the equipment filled with water overnight for health & Safety
  • All BBQ’s/ Fire Pits must be extinguished / turned off by 11pm
  • No live/hot BBQ’s / fires & or fire lights / candles / Heaters are allowed inside any tents or awning.
  • All ashes etc must be disposed of in the provided hot ashes bin only or taken away from site. (Please do not through over the hedges )

CCTV – The site has a live operational audible CCTV, this has been installed for the safety of staff and guests and property.

BOOKINGS / AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

To secure your direct booking we require a deposit equal to your first nights stay this is payable upon receipt of your booking confirmation which is emailed to you.

Pitch requests – We do try to keep all requested/reserved pitches, however on some rare occasions we do have to move your booking to another pitch as we do prioritise guests with medical needs. We do hope you understand this.

Amendments – All amendments need to be made in writing as soon as possible. If any amendments are made within 5 days of the original booking you ‘may’ still be charged if we dont have time to re sell the pitch. Your amendment may also reflect the pitch you have booked.

Cancellations must be made directly to the site in writing and a confirmed receipt received. 

Cancellations received with more than 14 days notice before the reservation, will receive a refund or a credit note of monies paid.

Cancellations made within 14 days to 11 days of the reservation date surrender the deposit paid. If there has been no deposit paid due to a pre agreed condition – the full deposit will still be required to be paid.

Cancellations within 10 days of arrival will be liable for full payment of the booking.

Cancellations following any amendments – If you have changed your booking in any way then cancel the reservation the notice period does not apply and full payment will still be required.

NO SHOWS – Any guests that fail to show will be liable for the full cost of their booking, this includes booking direct or Via a third party booking agency.

No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived.

Dog Guide* Being in the countryside brings its own pet etiquette. We’re sure most are second nature to you as a dog owner, others are just to ensure you and your dog enjoy your stay. We all get excited exploring somewhere new, especially dogs, but please ensure that they are kept on a lead and under control at all times for the safety and comfort of other guests. Of course your dog can accompany you when walking around our site, You MUST use doggie bags to clean up any poop immediately ! Please try to discourage excessive barking so everyone can enjoy the site. Only assistance dogs (guide & hearing) are allowed in any buildings inc the facilities block. Any guests not adhering to the rules will be charged £50 for the clear up and will be removed from site and banned. Doggie poop is dangerous and a serious issue.
